The Silver Jubilee Celebration of the PGDM (Insurance Business Management) program at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) on October 11, 2025, was a truly proud and deeply emotional milestone!
We marked 25 years of excellence, leadership, and legacy in the insurance domain, celebrating the powerful connection between our program’s past, present, and future.
Key Highlights from the Celebration:
Chief Guest Insight: We were profoundly honored to host Mr. Sanjay Joshi, Chairman & Managing Director, The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., who shared his profound professional journey and invaluable insights on the evolving industry landscape.
Alumni Leadership Session: A heartfelt thank you to our distinguished alumni, Mr. Sudip Indani (MD & Head, People Solutions, Lockton India) and Mr. Pankaj Tomar (Head – India & South East Asia, AXA Climate), for sharing their inspiring leadership stories during the engaging session, “Kal, Aaj aur Kal.”
A Day of Reunion: The campus was filled with nostalgia as 8 former faculty members and over 70 alumni returned to their alma mater. It was a joy to felicitate our former professors and hear memorable reflections on the program’s journey from Prof. (Dr.) S.L. Gupta, former IBM Chairperson.
This successful milestone was realized through the guidance of our leadership, including Dr. PRABINA RAJIB (Director), Prof. pankaj priya, Prof. arvind shukla, and the entire dedicated PGDM-IBM team led by Prof. Pratik Priyadarshi including Prof. Manoj Kumar Pandey, Dr Sunil Kadyan & Prof. Nishtha Ranjan,.
