Applications are invited for faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor at regular scale.
Subject Areas:
- 1. Marketing & Retail Management: Integrated Marketing Communication, Marketing Analytics, Omni-channel Retailing, Services Marketing, Social Marketing, AI in Marketing.
- 2. Finance & Accounting: Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Investment Management, Fintech in BFSI, Financial Analytics, Project and Infrastructure Finance, Financial Risk Management, Financial Modelling.
- 3. Information Technology: ERP, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain Technologies, Business Analytics, IT Project Management, Digital Technology Consultancy.
- 4. Business Law: Legal Aspects of Business, International Business Law, Insurance Law.
- 5. Business Communication: Business Communication, Employability, Intercultural Communication, AI in Communication and related areas.
- 6. Insurance: Life, Property, Engineering and Marine Insurance.
- 7. Sustainability & CSR: Responsible Business, Circular Economy, Research & Consultancy Projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1. Ph.D./FPM (in Management and/or related subject) from universities/institutions of repute from anywhere in the world.
- 2. For Assistant Professor, candidates who have submitted their Ph.D./FPM theses and are awaiting award of the degree are also eligible.
- 3. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience are preferred.
- 4. Practitioners from industry with prior teaching experience in offline and online modes and familiarity with the latest teaching tools are encouraged to apply.
- 5. Candidates awaiting award of Ph.D./FPM will be appointed as Academic Associates until the degree is awarded, after which they will be automatically appointed as Assistant Professor (Level 10).
