Aanchal Gupta

Assistant Professor

Biosketch

Dr. Aanchal Gupta holds a Ph.D. in the Strategic Management area from Indian Institute of Management Raipur, India. Post her PhD, she has served as an Assistant Professor at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Hyderabad and was a visiting faculty at IIM Raipur. Her research interests include hybrid organizations, social capital, business models, and strategic decision-making. Her research work has been presented at the Academy of Management (AOM), European Academy of Management (EURAM), SMF (Strategic Management Forum) conference, and Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) conferences. She has also published her research work in International Journal of sociology and social policy.
